Entre ellos se encuentra el Foro de Derechos Humanos de Bahrein ... 252 redes y organizaciones de derechos humanos condenan la decisión del gobierno de ocupación y apartheid sobre las seis organizaciones palestinas de la sociedad civil y de derechos humanos

Y hace un llamado a las Organizaciones Internacionales de Derechos Humanos para que la condenen, trabajen por su abolición y protejan a los defensores de los Derechos Humanos

 

Las organizaciones de derechos humanos abajo firmantes expresan su preocupación y enérgica condena de la clasificación del gobierno israelí de ocupación y apartheid, el 19 de octubre de 2021, de seis organizaciones palestinas de derechos humanos y de la sociedad civil como "organizaciones terroristas", en virtud de la Ley Antiterrorista israelí de 2016, a saber: Al-Haq, Fundación Addameer para los Derechos Humanos, Unión de Comités de Mujeres Palestinas, Defense for Children International/Palestine Branch, Union of Agricultural Work Committees y  Bisan Research Center.

Esta decisión ilegítima se produce en el contexto de la continuación de los ataques de la ocupación y el estado de apartheid contra los derechos del pueblo palestino, especialmente su derecho a luchar, en todas sus formas, por la libertad, el retorno, la autodeterminación y la construcción de su estado palestino independiente garantizado por la Carta Internacional de Derechos Humanos y la Carta Internacional de Derechos Humanos y la Declaración Internacional de Derechos Humanos.

Esta decisión ilegítima también tiene por objeto deslegitimar a las ONG palestinas y distorsionar su lucha, incluidas las organizaciones de derechos humanos y las que participan en sus actividades, como preludio de su represión y silenciar su voz  que  revela  las violaciones de la ocupación y el dominio del régimen de apartheid y la discriminación racial sobre el pueblo palestino, en respuesta a su exposición de políticas y prácticas establecidas, y a las medidas ilegales israelíes que han privado al pueblo palestino, desde 1948, de ejercer su derecho inalienable al retorno y a la libre determinación, además de debilitar las voces que piden la rendición de cuentas y el fin de la impunidad de los autores de crímenes de guerra y crímenes de lesa humanidad contra el pueblo palestino.

Las organizaciones abajo firmantes apelan a todas las fuerzas de la libertad y la justicia y a los defensores de los derechos humanos y los pueblos del mundo para que se solidaricen y tomen medidas tangibles para superar los obstáculos y empoderar a las organizaciones de derechos humanos y de la sociedad civil para que vigilen las violaciones y crímenes en curso de la ocupación y brinden apoyo al pueblo palestino en su lucha heroica y continua,  durante más de siete décadas, hacia la liberación de Palestina  del régimen del apartheid y el colonialismo de los colonos israelíes.

Las organizaciones abajo firmantes empatizan con las luchas del pueblo palestino y su legendaria firmeza; y aprecian los esfuerzos de las organizaciones de derechos humanos y de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil palestina, especialmente las organizaciones a las que se dirige esta decisión ilegítima. 

Las organizaciones abajo firmantes también hacen un llamamiento  a la Alta Comisionada de las Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos, al Consejo de Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas, al Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja y a todos los organismos internacionales interesados en la defensa de los derechos humanos, en particular al Observatorio Internacional para la Defensa de los Defensores de los Derechos Humanos de la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos,  así como el Relator del Comité Especial sobre el Estatuto delos Defensores de los Derechos Humanos  para que adopte las  medidas jurídicas apropiadas, condene la decisión del gobierno de ocupación, trabaje para cancelarla y brinde protección a los defensores de los derechos humanos palestinos y a los derechos del pueblo palestino.
