The head of Media in the Bahrain Forum of Human Rights Baqir Darwish pointed in a working paper of the International Conference on Democratic Transition in Tunisia Saturday that the institutions of the Bahraini civil society presented more than one initiative and document to the political and human rights resolution and made several steps reflected by the recommendations of Bassiouni and the decisions of Geneva, but the authority aborted it  on security level due to the absence of the determination of radical reform, which made Bahrain the most country which gets positions and reports of condemnation by the International Human Rights Society, pointing out that the destiny of these initiatives is a subject of formal decision which recognizes the crisis, and starts engaging into meaningful serious dialogue

Darwish continued in the conference paper which discusses the situations of the transition states of the Arab Spring to talk about "the role of the civil society organizations to bring a democratic transition in Bahrain": "The entitlement of the democratic transition is disabled since the seventies  due to the failure of the authority to keep its pledge either by a coup on the National Council or the Charter later, and the Bahraini government has lost many opportunities to make a historic compromise, and radical democratic transition, "calling for the appointment of a Special UN Rapporteur to transitional justice of Bahrain

He added: after the issue of Geneva's decisions and Bassiouni's report that documented more than 50 types of violations, disastrous numbers about the human rights situation, pointing out that zero is the accountability percentage of those involved in murder and torture or prosecuting the political leaders and the supreme security involved in violations ", pointing out that the government has invested the dialogue invitation in preventing the visit of the UN Rapporteur of torture, which exploits the mechanisms of international control of provisions security grip "

He added: "the civil society organizations faced many challenges in the political fact in Bahrain, on the basis of the constitutional and security crisis; in which it is faced by laws and regulations that limit its activity, in addition to what the security crisis imposed of repercussions where it became an institution belonging to the political majority prone to targeting either by legal prosecution or " solution "and" cancelling ", or controlled by the governed institution, and turn it into an institution that implements the official agenda in the coverage of human rights violations, manipulated to stand against the legitimate claims of Bahraini in one way or another "

The discussions about the Bahraini demands to take democracy, justice and to enjoy the legislative rights, witnessed an understanding and sympathy by a number of representatives of the Tunisian Civil Society participating in the conference

It is worth mentioning that the conference held by a Center of Democratic and Islamic Study between 28/29 March in the presence of an important group of political personalities and presidents of Tunisian Parties as Sheikh Rashid Al- Ghannouchi, the Minister of Economy and Finance and a number of ambassadors and deputies of the National Constituent Assembly
