Human rights organizations demand respecting the right of the Palestinian people to resist the occupation and determine their destiny and expel the apartheid state from the United Nations The Palestinian Arab people have been continuing their heroic struggle for more than a century, during which they made all kinds of sacrifices in order to defend their legitimate rights, confront the Zionist colonial project in Palestine and its manifestations in forced displacement and massacres against the civilian population, and in the colonialism through the establishment of settlements, confiscation of lands, and demolishing homes, the plunder of natural resources, annexation, denial of the rights of return and residency, the policies of segregation and apartheid, the construction of the separation wall, which was condemned by the International Court of Justice and considered it illegal, and many other policies and practices that have been followed, especially since 1948. Since 1948, the world has witnessed the international community, which is dominated by colonial powers such as the United States of America, Great Britain and French, has bitterly ignored the rights of the Palestinian people, which were approved by dozens of United Nations resolutions and international bodies. Instead, protection and immunity are provided to the colonial Zionist entity and make it an entity above international law and International Humanitarian Law. The reasons are not hidden from anyone and are related to the economic and geopolitical interests of the colonial countries referred to above, and others that relied on a policy of double standards regarding the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people to the present day. The Palestinian people are constantly exposed, by the apartheid state, to confiscation of homes and displacement of their residents, as is happening recently from Sheikh Jarrah and Silwan neighborhoods in Jerusalem, to continuous attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the storming of its forces to the mosque on the AL- Qadr Night, as well as to brutal military aggression against the residents of Gaza , Jerusalem, and the West Bank, demolishing homes, destroying vital facilities in a systematic way, and committing crimes: aggression, threatening international peace and security, war, genocide, terrorism, racial discrimination and crimes against humanity, in addition to what the Palestinians have been subjected to throughout occupied Palestine since 1948 and 1967, including oppression, abuse, arrest, displacement, killing and wounding of demonstrators protesters against the policies of the occupation and apartheid state. The undersigned organizations consider that the fundamental reason for the conditions in the whole of occupied Palestine is due to the fact that the rights of the Palestinian people have been denied since the Balfour Declaration of 1917, the continuation of the policies of the usurping entity of Palestine in 1948, and the complicity of the dominant colonial states in the brutal capitalist system with the policies of the occupying state and apartheid. In light of the above, the undersigned human rights organizations demand the following: First: Respect the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, territorial integrity, and sovereignty over their natural resources that are guaranteed by international law, international human rights law, and international humanitarian law, which stresses the right to self-defense and to resist occupation with all forms of struggle for national liberation, to return to their homes, and reparations for the damage he has suffered since 1948, prosecuting the criminals of aggression and war in the country of occupation and apartheid in front of the international bodies and the specialist international judiciary; Second: Urging the United Nations, through the General Assembly, the UN Security Council and the Secretary-General, to work to implement all international legitimacy decisions related to the Palestinian issue, foremost among of which is Resolution No. 194, which stipulated the right to return to his home from which he was displaced in 1948 and compensation to redress the damage caused to the Palestinian people as a result of the forced displacement and confiscation of their property; Third: Calling on the international community to desist from the policy of double standards regarding the rights of the Palestinian people to self-determination, sovereignty over its natural resources, and the establishment of its independent democratic state and its economic and social system freely and according to his will without outside interference; Fourth: Urging countries, especially the United States of America, Great Britain, and France, to stop supplying the occupation and apartheid entity with weapons and to impose economic sanctions and diplomatic measures; Fifth: Stopping international companies from importing and / or investing in the occupied Palestinian territories, under penalty of prosecution and compensation for violating the right of the Palestinian people to sovereignty over their natural resources; Sixth: Calling on the international community to condemn and stop the policies of Judaization and the confiscation and forced displacement of Palestinians in all places where the Palestinians are and most recently in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood; Calling on the international community to condemn and stop the policies of Judaization and the confiscation and forced displacement of Palestinians in all places where the Palestinians are and most recently in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood Seventh: Condemning all attacks by the occupation forces and settlers against Al-Aqsa Mosque and all Islamic and Christian holy sites. Eighth: Lifting the unjust blockade of the Gaza Strip, which has been imposed by the occupying power since 2005, and holding the occupying and apartheid state responsible for compensation for what was destroyed by its military machine; Ninth: Asking the Arab countries to cancel the agreements they concluded with the occupation state, as well as providing all kinds of support to the Palestinian people at all levels that enable them to resist the Israeli occupation, gain their freedom, independence, and the establishment of its independent democratic state, with Jerusalem as its capital. Tenth: Appealing to the Arab peoples and the free people of the world to support the Palestinian people who are resisting the policies of the occupation state’s denial of its right to self-determination, the measures to uproot it from its land, and the continuous aggression of the war machine of destruction against it. Eleventh: The signatories welcome the decision of the Human Rights Council to form a commission of inquiry into the violations committed by the occupying and apartheid state before and after April 13thin all of Palestine, and that its objective mandate includes the reasons behind prolonging the crisis, and the accompanying discrimination on national, racial, ethnic, and religious grounds. They hope that its work will not be obstructed and that its reports will meet the same fate as the Goldstone Commission. Twelfth: Condemning the repressive and retaliatory measures taken by the occupying and apartheid state after stopping its aggression on the Gaza Strip on May 21st; it turned the entire Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood into a closed prison with concrete cubes, preventing entry to non-residents and their relatives on the basis of identity. It also resumed the support of the colonists' gangs (settlers) to suppress the youths present in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and subjected Arab neighborhoods in the mixed towns and cities in the occupied areas of 1948 to curfews and arrest campaigns that affected nearly 1,800 young men, girls, and children. In addition, the continuation of settler colonial activities by establishing two outposts for settlers, east of Bethlehem and south of Nablus; without forgetting the continued sniping of unarmed demonstrators, causing martyrs and dozens of wounded; not to mention the obstruction by the occupying forces of fuel access to the Gaza Strip, transportation of the wounded, and reconstruction. These and other measures constitute a continuation of war crimes that include forced displacement, confiscation of private property and threats to the lives and freedoms of civilians, as well as a breach of its obligations as an occupying power with regard to their protection under international humanitarian law. Thirteenth: Calling on the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Organization of Non-Aligned Countries, the African Union, and the countries of the world, which are aligned, practically and not verbally, to human rights and peoples' rights and eliminate colonialism and to enable the Palestinian people to exercise their right to self-determination. To submit to the United Nations General Secretariat a draft resolution calling for freezing the membership of the racist colonial occupying state, "Israel", in the United Nations, in preparation for its final expulsion and punishment for not respecting the principles and Charter of the United Nations; as for its persistence in committing crimes of aggression, war, genocide, terrorism, racial discrimination, crimes against humanity, and threatening international peace and security; in addition, it has not implemented any of the hundreds of relevant international resolutions related to Palestine for 73 years until now. Finally, the signatories salute the valor of the Palestinian people as they continue their heroic resistance to the aggression of the occupying state and racial discrimination, which will inevitably be crowned with victory, regardless of the size of the sacrifices. They also salute the free peoples in the whole world who support the Palestinian people in their resistance to occupation and the liberation of land and people.
