For the immediate freedom of the participants in the Global Sumud Flotilla, kidnapped by the Zionist occupation forces

In order to stop the genocide on Gaza

For the immediate implementation of international judiciary decisions against Zionist officials

 

 

With great anger and condemnation, the organizations and networks of this statement announce their blatant condemnation of the heinous crime committed by the Zionist entity against the Global Sumud Flotilla, on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning 1 and 2 October 2025, after they objected to the ships in international waters, the attack on the participants on board and kidnapping, and forcibly taking them to the port of Ashdod in the occupied lands.

This criminal act is a blatant violation of the Law of the Seas, and international humanitarian law by virtue of its obstruction of a peaceful civil initiative that envisages aid to a resident in an area that is exposed to aggression, genocide and starvation, and the opening of a naval humanitarian corridor towards it, and the unjust siege that imposed by the occupation since 2007.

The detention of hundreds of participants and participants in the human fleet towards Gaza, who represent 44 countries, imposes on all the governments of these countries to move quickly and strongly to impose the immediate release of their citizens detained by the Zionist occupation forces.

On all international bodies, led by the United Nations and the European Union, which is still gathering with the Zionist entity, partnership agreements, the use of all the strengths and powers that are available to pressure the Zionist entity to release, as soon as possible without registration or condition, for all detainees who have activists participating in the Global Sumud Flotilla, and ensuring their physical safety and security and preserving their dignity.

Organizations and signed bodies on this statement call on all human rights organizations and networks, general defenders and human rights defenders, and all the free worlds, to strong mobilization and use all the methods available to pressure governments to move urgently for:

The safety of all detainees and detainees by the Zionist occupation forces, who were kidnapped from the ships of the Global Sumud Flotilla and their freedom immediately;

Stopping the war of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank and all the attacks on the peoples of the region;

Opening the corridors and crossings immediately to deliver humanitarian aid to the trapped Gaza residents;

Implementing the decisions of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court in order to put an end to impunity for the Zionist entity from all war crimes and crimes against humanity committed against the Palestinian people;

Make an end to the Zionist occupation of Gaza, the West Bank and all the lands of occupied Palestine.
