Appel urgent

 

Parmi eux se trouve le Forum de Bahreïn pour les droits de l’homme..151 réseaux et associations civiles et des droits humains appellent à la libération des activistes de la Flotte de Liberté, à la multiplication de ces missions et à la solidarité avec les marches vers Rafah pour briser l’embargo et faire parvenir des aides humanitaires à Gaza
 

Les forces d’occupation poursuivent leurs crimes de génocide contre les habitants de la Bande de Gaza, en massacrant enfants et femmes, ciblant les familles, détruisant l’infrastructure et les centres de refuge, imposant embargo général et famine en vue d’anéantir partiellement ou totalement la population de la Bande. Il en est résulté plus de 53 mille martyres, 100 mille blessés, plus de 80% de logements détruits et le déplacement forcé des centaines de milliers de personnes en dehors de la Bande.

 Défiant tous les élans de solidarité mondiale avec les habitants de la Bande de Gaza, les forces armées israéliennes ont piraté, à l’aube du lundi 9 juin, le Bateau Madelyn qui portait des aides alimentaires pour les assiégés de Gaza. Dans ce contexte, les Organisations signataires dénoncent le kidnapping, par l’armée israélienne, des activistes et les sympathisants qui étaient à bord du bateau.

 La poursuite de l’incapacité mondiale à mettre fin à ces crimes, avec preuve tout récemment, l’échec du Conseil de Sécurité pour adopter une résolution relative à l’arrêt de l’agression à cause du véto américain, et ce, pour la 58 -ème fois depuis 1947 contre les droits du peuple Palestinien, traduit une complicité honteuse avec le système de l’occupation sauvage des territoires palestiniens.

Les Associations signataires rappellent à la Communauté Internationale, ainsi qu’aux Nations Unies et les Organisations Régionales, leur responsabilité à prendre des mesures immédiates et efficientes pour garantir l’application les règles et les normes du Droit Humanitaire International et du Droit International des Droits de l’Homme ainsi que l’effectivité des mandats de la Cour Internationale de Justice et la Cour Pénale Internationale.

La poursuite de l’embargo imposé à la Bande de Gaza et l’interdiction de l’arrivée des aides humanitaires constituent, suivant le Droit International, un crime contre l’humanité, notamment les dispositions des Accords de Genève, et plus précisément l’article 33 de la quatrième convention interdisant la punition collective, et la Résolution 2417 du Conseil de Sécurité dénonçant l’utilisation de la famine comme arme dans les conflits armés.

Aussi, les Associations signataires appellent-elles à ce qui suit :

1. Une Action Urgente de la part du : a. Rapporteur Spécial des Nations Unies sur le droit à l’alimentation b. Rapporteur Spécial des Nations Unies sur le droit à la santé c. Comité International de la Croix Rouge, afin d’exercer toutes les formes de pression diplomatiques et juridiques pour garantir la levée de l’embargo sur Gaza et la poursuite des autorités d’occupation devant les instances internationales compétentes.

2. La totale solidarité avec les activistes internationaux à bord de la Flottille Madelyn et l’appel à leur libération immédiate et l’assurance de leur sécurité.

 3. L’encouragement à plus d’expéditions de Flottilles de Liberté et de marches vers le passage frontalier de Rafah et les frontières maritimes en vue de briser l’embargo imposé à la Bande .

4. La recrudescence des campagnes de pressions populaires et diplomatiques dans les capitales du Monde et les Institutions Internationales dans le but d’arrêter l’agression, la fin de l’embargo et la réalisation de la justice pour les victimes.

Par cet Appel, nous voulons affirmer que chaque jour qui passe sous l’embargo tueur est un nouveau jour de souffrances et de mort injustifiée, nous insistons sur le fait que le mutisme mondial ne constitue nullement une neutralité, mais plutôt une complicité avec le crime.
